Delivery of online groceries to Greater KL and beyond are still very, very limited & underserved.
No choice but to head out for groceries once a week.
No point having to wait 24 hours or more for groceries. #COVID19malaysia #MovementControlOrder #PerintahKawalanPergerakan https://t.co/kGbyvY8JSJ

I was not able to tap onto the online groceries delivery – perhaps my location is not in coverage area (very likely as Greater KL South is somewhat ‘forgotten’) and perhaps demand is higher than fulfilment capacity (even more likely as many companies are trying to transform digitally but they struggle). Well, having a presence online is not digital transformation – you need to have a complete process that across the supply chain. Since I am not able to make any grocery purchases, I guess I will just feast on fast food for the next couple of weeks.
Fundamental issue needs to be looked at in Malaysian online grocery commerce to meet demands.

* @HappyFresh_MY is choked up & I cannot find a slot.
* @tesco app shows no delivery slots at all until April (must be app error?)
The others don’t deliver to my home so I don’t bother! pic.twitter.com/xxtaeD6GVh
