It’s Day 5 and the stay at home notice is not resonating with many still. Yeah, it’s a little difficult to adjust to it but it’s something we all gotta do – and it’s just only for 2 weeks!

I’m guessing the ‘stay at home’ and ‘work from home’ is a new normal for many and home is a place for living, for families and also for unwind after a hard day at work. Now, we are fusing work into our homes – much to the delight of many! How one balances the work and home is really up to the individual. There can be multiple distractions at home, untowards and untimely. Just got to make the best of it!

On another note, I’m all for supporting local businesses but the local businesses are not ready to provide the needed services. The switch to online has created chaos among them, many are forced to go online or go bust (since Malaysians are now “locked down” in the movement control order (MCO)). Are they ready? Will they persevere?

Many infographics are being produced lately to deliver reports on current COVID-19 status in each country. We may be smart and vigilant in reading data visuals (or are we not?) but we should also question the producer of the infographics – do they know what is the story they want to tell with data?
