I swear today #MayThe4th is the most confusing day ever in terms of grasping the movement control order laws in Malaysia.
Ok so, #MCO #PKP phase 4 is cancelled.
Replaced by #CMCO #PKPB.
Says our Sr Minister (Security).

Guess this means #MCO phase 4 measures have been lifted if they are not mentioned under #CMCO. Like 10km travel limit & the roadblocks are lifted. Less opportunities to be fined & jailed.
But 9 states have said yday they will not implement #CMCO yet, so MCO measures remain.

They are either "not ready" & need time to review, or will have a different version of the CMCO guidelines
(like Selangor's #ModifiedConditionalMovementControlOrder #MCMCO or #PerintahKawalanPergerakanBersyaratDiubahsuai #PKPBD).

We reduce our #COVID19Malaysia infection numbers but increase our MCO measures abbreviations.

So if no #CMCO measures are to be implemented in these states, then MCO Phase 4 measures (or local state's modified versions) shall be upheld I guess. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I'm so confused esp to commute between WPKL & Selangor (this border is not restricted as interstate travel). It's like visiting 2 countries with 2 laws in 1 day, back & forth, multiple times.
Well, my brain switch needs some exercising so might be worthwhile to crack this.

Sr Minister (Security) clarified today, states must comply to #CMCO as it's a national order. MCO Ph4 doesn't exist anymore.🤦🏾‍♂️
On safe side (pun unintended), I just #StayHome #StaySafe fr #COVID19Malaysia & the various "orders". While every1 else flocks to malls (for what?)
