Too many inconsistencies in the SOP are making many confused. For me, this revise, update, adapt approach on the SOPs, including list of what's allowed and what's not allowed, is very much gut-feel decisions. That's how I see it. There seeems to be a lack of science in the wisdom of the decision.

Even if new decisions on updates are made based on the citizen's requests, why can't the government put a stand? If there was science in making the decision, then a tough stance can be made to uphold the decisions. Right now, the government is sending the message that the government can be lenient and is caring - which will encourage a lack of discipline and further fueling the "tidak apa" attitude in the society.

Why can't there be a blanket SOP across the board - if they are not making better our economy and society? It's in fact it feels like a train wreck now!

This don't sound right... why make the use of #MySejahtera app an option?

Consistency instead of Complexity will help the rakyat adhere to SOPs better. Standardisation instead of Segregation!
